Linkin Park Ever evolving, ever changing

Esme found this article where Brad talks to PhilStar.com about A Thousand Suns and how the band keeps chaninging and evolving. He also mentions his Little Kids Rock organization:

“What’s really cool about being in this group is that there are so many diverse opportunities not just for creative expression or for business. But it has also put us in a position to help people. I am personally interested in it, and it’s something I enjoy doing,” Brad said. Brad, who graduated summa cum laude from UCLA with a degree in communication studies, has actually set up with his wife a scholarship fund that annually awards four-year scholarships at the UCLA. He also sits on the board of directors of a nonprofit org named Little Kids Rock, which gives out free musical instruments and instruction to children in underserved public schools throughout the US.

Shockhound video interview

Check out this video from Shockhound. Brad and Chester talk about A Thousand Suns, the themes, and why it doesn't sound like any of their previous records. Chester mentions his kids a bit too.

"As a parent I know that I will always love my children, no matter what they do. Nothing they can ever do will be so bad that I wont love them unconditionally."

Watch it to hear what all he says. It's very sweet...Thanks Tensh_iie, for letting me know.

Elisa Delson update

Here is little Elisa & Brad update.

I found out that they both support & probably are members of Temple Beth Am. It is a Conservative Jewish congregation that takes pride in its reputation as a warm and caring multi-generational synagogue family.

Linkin Park Build Eco-Homes For Charity

LINKIN PARK swapped rock music for construction work last month (May10) to help build an eco-friendly apartment complex in California for needy families.

Vocalist Mike Shinoda, guitarist Brad Delson and bassist Dave 'Phoenix' Farrell all donned hard hats to work on the building site in Lynwood, California as part of their Music For Relief charity efforts.

The homes are energy-efficient and environmentally-friendly and will be designated for poverty-stricken families in conjunction with the band's foundation and the Habitat For Humanity organisation.

& PerezHilton's note.

Thanks to T from saybox for a tip!
