MP: Is it hard being married and trying to maintain a music career?MS: Yeah. I actually wrote a song called “Where’d You Go” to show my wife that I know what it’s like when I’m gone. The song actually starts there, then the story trails off into other directions. I have had other people say it’s descriptive about their parent who was always gone, too. At any rate, the hardest part about doing what I do is how much time it can take up.
MP: Do you have any children? How many kids do you want to have?MS: I don’t have kids.
MP: Choose one Ben and Jerry's or Hagen Daas?MS: I like ice cream a lot—my wife calls me an ice-cream snob. I would go mochi ice cream. Green tea.
MP: Last question but not least-- How are you today? What did you do today?MS: I’m fine. I had a two-hour conference call with my team about the Fort Minor record, Linkin Park stuff, our label, and our marketing company. I have some interviews set up via email. I just went to lunch with my wife-A small sandwich shop around the corner. I’ll probably be handling Fort Minor business for the rest of the day.
