Linsey: Fit Mom

I bet you've wondered what Linsey has been up to. Well, Katie found out that she joined a fitness program and on their website they featured her as member of the month (May 2013) and posted an interview here.

Stick with it. Just show up. Keep a journal. Remember we all have strengths and weaknesses. Working on our weaknesses is what makes us better people and athletes.
