A new blog from Heidi

Heidi has posted a new blog over at her website.

I’M PERFECTLY NORMALLY PERFECT
Late last year, I went on an emergency kit amazon.com-costco binge to prepare ourselves for the “big one.” I clearly remember members of my household silently judging my neurotic behaviour with their wide-eyed-side-glances, attributing my eccentricities to spikes in estrogen. But then, only five or so months later, what happened? BAM! EARTHQUAKESAFTERSHOCKSPRESHOCKS! Ohhhhhhhh I could’t help gloat over my spidey senses and tell everyone my “TOLD YOU SO” story. Now I assume prices have went up on anything emergency-related. That’s America for you– RE-active & opportunistic. READ MORE!

New blog by Heidi

Heidi posted a new blog and I wanted to post about this here because it's a great read. I am always glad to hear happy stories about adopted dogs. ♥ Getty seems like a sweetheart. Read here!

Quick Interviews and updates post

Crazygirl let me know about an interview with Mike where he very briefly mentions Anna (part 1 of the interview is here).

Chester did a podcast with DJ Fresh and in it he mentioned his family. You can check out all 5 parts here. Thanks Tensh_iie!

And while I am here, updates at beefstewnoodles.com and annashinoda.com ;)

Heidi's blogs

While catching up on things I saw that I had missed a few blog posts that Heidi made on her blog (the one about wheatgrass is really helpful) and that she has a new website called U Cook, I Eat!

Here is what her new site is about:
This website is for you to find the restaurant that I think has the best ____ .  This is food that I think is the very best in the respective cities. There’s a lot of good food out there, but few oh-my-god, I-must-have-NOW foods–this website is comprised of these.  The best foods, until I have better.
I’m often asked for food recommendations, so instead of re-writing a list of restaurants & attaching pictures to e-mails every time someone asks, I thought I’d make it easier on everyone.
If you share my palate, then you’ll like everything I recommend.
I think it makes more sense to categorize food recommendations by the food type you’re craving.  Are you feeling noodlely?
This is an ever organically growing site.  I’ll notify updates via twitter.
