Anna Shinoda to be at LA Festival of Books

Anna is one of the authors that are participating in this years Festival of Books in Los Angeles!

The L.A. Times Festival of Books announced on Tuesday the names of the hundreds of authors who will participate in the annual event. Taking place at USC, the Festival of Books is one of the largest literary festivals in the U.S., attracting more than 150,000 attendees. The 2014 Festival of Books will be held April 12 and 13. On stages, in theaters and in classrooms, authors and others engage in discussions about books with one another and audiences, followed by book signings. Some authors, such as Innovators' Award recipient John Green, will appear in one-on-one conversations; others, such as Geoff Dyer and Ruth Ozeki, participate in panel discussions. A children's book author -- such as Lemony Snicket creator Daniel Handler -- might read from the stage. The Cooking Stage is where chefs such as Roy Choi can be found. The complete schedule of events will be announced March 17, when festival passes go on sale. Individual tickets to events will be available beginning April 6.
