MFR Asks You to Help Join Our Relief Efforts by Donating $1

Music for Relief has made an initial donation of $10,000 to World Vision to provide clean water, rice and other emergency aid such as clothing, blankets and tarpaulins to those in Burma/Myanmar affected by Cyclone Nargis. World Vision has assisted 78,000 people so far, however more assistance is needed to aid the estimated 1.5 million people affected by Cyclone Nargis.

In order to reach a $20,000 fundraising goal, Music For Relief is asking its colleagues in the entertainment industry – professionals, artists, & fans – to collectively match their initial contribution of $10,000 by donating $1 each to help support the recovery of more than 1.5 million Burmese affected by Nargis. Donations are currently being accepted online at www.musicforrelief.org/donate and offline at the mailing address below.
