On the way home from Death Valley, we stopped in the middle of nowhere, at an unmarked spot on the highway. A few websites told us the GPS coordinates were nearby. We got out, and with the wind freezing our faces, walked out to the spot the tree was supposed to be. 4 or 5 hundreds yards away, in the middle of nowhere, we found U2's fallen Joshua tree.
