Peter Storm helps Grammy winner design ring

MARCH 03, 2006 - New York --
Rocker Chester Bennington teamed with rapper Jay Z to perform at the Grammy awards, but he worked with jewelry designer Peter Storm on a more personal project.

Storm helped the Linkin Park front man create a one-of-a-kind engagement ring for his fiance, Talinda Bentley. The partnership began after Bentley began researching engagement rings and fell for Storm's Naked Diamonds collection, which sets princess-cut stones on their points.

"Anytime I have the opportunity to create diamond that reflect the love and commitment of my clients, it's magic," Storm said in a statement. "Working with Chester and Talinda was special. They both had great ideas, and we created a ring that I know will reflect their love and commitment to each other."

After their wedding, Bennington gave Bentley a second Peter Storm piece, this time with jewelry from Storm's Expectations collection.
